CHANGES TO CAR PARKING SYSTEM OUTLINED BELOW:

Our car park is managed by an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system.
Pay and display machines are located outside M&S, Timpson’s, The Works and Snap Fitness (formerly DW Fitness). Cash and contactless payments are accepted at the pay and display machines. Payment can also be made via the app advertised on site.

You must enter your full registration number into the pay and display machines or the app when purchasing your ticket in order to register with the ANPR system. Failure to do so will result in a Parking Charge Notice.

50p car parking tickets are refundable for M&S customers when spending £10 or more in store. The parking charges along with the terms and conditions apply to all drivers including blue badge holders, 7 days per week (including Bank Holidays).

We use ANPR cameras to monitor this private property and may contact the DVLA to request the Registered Keeper's details in order to send a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). The Marshall’s Yard management team are not responsible for issuing any PCN’s. If you do receive a PCN which you feel is unfair you will need to follow the appeal process documented in the PCN you receive from;

Civil Enforcement Ltd, Horton House, Exchange Flags, L2 3PF.
Company No. 05645677.
