Local Traders Join the Line-Up at February Farmers’ and Craft Market

A great line up of essential local food traders will be taking part in Gainsborough’s monthly Farmers’ and Craft Market this Saturday (February 13th).
More traders will be joining the market this month, selling a range of delicious produce including fresh fish, meats and sweet treats. The market can be found in the Market Place and runs from 9am-3pm on the second Saturday of every month.
The market is organised with all safety measures in place ensuring stallholders are adhering to the Covid-19 guidelines, including socially distanced stalls and hand sanitiser available at all stalls. 
This market will welcome traders including Hepy’s Hog Roast as well as Capps Fish. Sarah’s Sweet Treats will also be joining the market as will the popular Redhill Farm. Mount Pleasant Windmill will have a range of delicious breads and Giggy Kippers Plants will be selling herbs and early vegetable plants. 
V Vits Microgreens will also be trading at the monthly market for the first time, the company sells vegetable microgreens which are cut before their true leaf stage when they have 40% more nutrients.  Microgreens are also a great source of antioxidants. 
Tenant Liaison Executive at Marshall’s Yard Charlotte Toplass said: “We are looking forward to welcoming more of our fantastic traders when the restrictions ease.
