Festive farm makes a Christmas return to Marshall’s Yard

The festive fun continues at Marshall’s Yard in Gainsborough this weekend with a special Christmas themed visit from Ian’s Mobile Farm.
The friendly farm animals will be taking take centre stage as the shopping centre’s season of festive fun continues throughout December - this weekend’s visit is sponsored by Gainsborough solicitors Sills and Betteridge.
Shoppers will have the chance to pet donkeys, goats, mini ponies and other farm animals when the mobile farm visits on Saturday, December 7, and Sunday, December 8, from 11am to 3pm.
The visit has been organised by the centre team as part of the busy diary of seasonal events – Ian’s Festive Farm is a special Christmas themed event with animals dressed in their cute and cozy Christmas jumpers.
The animals will be gathered in a Christmas-themed pen in front of The Works store. Santa’s Grotto will also be open on December 7th and 8th from 11am – 2pm with the £5 entry supporting charities through the Dransfield Foundation.

As well as Santa and the Festive Farm the team from McDonald’s / Bomead have also sponsored free facepainting at the centre across the weekend, from 11am-2pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The festive fun will continue with a visit from Eric the Naughty Elf on December 14, plus other Christmas-themed events.
