Stores step in style for Yard’s summer fashion show

Staff at the fashion stores at Marshalls Yard are getting ready to take to the cat walk this week for the centre’s summer fashion show which takes place on Saturday August 6th.

Held for the first time last year this year’s event will once again showcase some of the seasonal styles available for fashion conscious shoppers as well as some beauty demonstrations and top tips.

Customers will also be able to enjoy a glass of prosecco as well as handy hints from the personal stylist, Hayley Eleanor.

Browns, Laura Ashley, Next and New Look will be taking part and the theme will be a day at the races with the popular Doncaster St Leger just around the corner.

Cat walks will take place from 11am and 1pm in the fountain area with beauty demonstrations at 12pm from the Body Shop and at 12:30 from Benefit at Browns.

Centre Manger, Alison Hall, said “Last year’s event was really popular and we are delighted to be staging the Marshall’s Yard Fashion show again – it’s a great opportunity for our stores to show some of the fantastic fashions available this time of year and give some tips on teaming pieces together.

“We’re just hoping the sun will shine for us to really show off those great summer styles – we’ve got a range of fabulous outfits for a day at the races with the St Leger coming up at Doncaster in just a few weeks.”
