Fish and Chip Fridays come to Gainsborough with Award winning food stall

Flipping & Frying Traditional Fish & Chips are bringing their five star “Quality Award” winning mobile food stall to Marshall’s Yard every Friday lunchtime starting this week (10th March).

Marshall’s Yard in Gainsborough has teamed up with “Flipping and Frying” to bring a more diverse range of food to hungry shoppers as part of their street food program.

Centre Manager Alison Hall said “It’s our 10th Birthday this year and we wanted to offer something a little different for our shoppers so this month we’re launching a regular outdoor food quarter”.

“This Friday marks the launch of our outdoor food quarter where shoppers will find the highest quality to complement our facilities here at Marshalls Yard including a hog roast every Tuesday, fish and chips every Friday and pizza every Saturday”

Flipping and Frying serve old fashioned traditional fish and chips using the best quality equipment available for mobile frying.

Director of Flipping and Frying Stuart Fawcett said “We are delighted to have been invited to serve our award winning fish and chips at Gainsborough’s Marshall’s Yard.”

You will find Flipping and Frying at Marshalls Yard outside the West Lindsey District Council offices on the fountain area every Friday from 12 noon until 2:30pm starting this Friday (10th March).

Hepy’s Hog Roast will be on the Yard in the same spot every Tuesday serving hot pork rolls and Pizza da Angelo will be serving wood fired oven pizzas every Saturday over lunch time.
