Legal firm expands at Gainsborough’s Marshall’s Yard!

Growing Lincolnshire law firm Sills & Betteridge have expanded into new and larger offices at Marshall’s Yard after opening a branch in the town just 18 months ago.

Although the move is only a few metres from the firm’s previous offices at the Pattern Store at Marshall’s Yard the company says the new premises at Britannia House will raise their profile in the town and given them room to expand.

The expert team specialise in a full range of legal services from family and crime to corporate and commercial work and more of the company’s team can now work out of their new Gainsborough offices.

Conveyancing Manager, Debbie Cocker Brown, said: “The firm very much sees itself now as part of Marshall’s Yard and part of the town and is committed to working with everyone in the community to make Gainsborough a better place to live and work.”

Members of staff from the Lincolnshire branches are also moving over to the newly refurbished offices to take advantage of the fantastic work surroundings and provide a better service for Gainsborough customers.

Centre Manager, Jackie Helliwell, said: “We’re delighted Sills & Betteridge are pleased with their new premises. This is a great example of how a business can flourish and grow in a relatively short amount of time on Marshall’s Yard."

"The relocation has enabled another Marshall’s Yard business, Keypoint, to expand quickly into the former Sills and Betteridge unit."

Jackie added: “There are still a limited number of small office units available in the centre ideal for a start up company or an organisation that’s still relatively small in size. These are all fitted out to an excellent standard coming fully furnished complete with flexible rents. We are confident we will be welcoming further new businesses to the yard over the course of 2012.”
