Christmas Light's Switch on at Marshall's Yard!
A night of festive fun is lined up for this Friday at Marshall's Yard when the fantastic Christmas Lights are switched on.
Lincs FM's Ed Bretton will be hosting the event at the Yard with entertainment, stalls and rides as well as mince pies and mulled wine for everyone.
The countdown starts at 5pm with music from the talented youngsters from Queen Elizabeth's High School.
The star of Cinderella at the Trinity arts - Charlotte Fortune - will switch the lights on and give a sneak preview of the great performance the town's panto audiences can expect this Christmas.
Heres a run down of Friday Night's Big Switch On Event:
- 5pm onwards entertainment from Lincs FM and Gainsborough's Queen Elizabeth Grammar School
- 5:45pm Cinderella to be collected from the Trinity Arts Centre
- 6pm - the lights are switched on by Cinderella who will also entertain the crowd with music from the pantomime
- 6:45pm Lights Switch On in the Town Centre
- 6:15 to 7:30pm Entertainment from Lincs FM and a chance to win £50 worth of shopping vouchers to spend at Marshall's Yard
Centre Manager Janet Linfoot said: "We are looking forward to a great night on Friday and hope everyone comes along to get in the Christmas spirit, and takes part in our competition to win some extra spending money at Marshall's Yard."
