Celebrity Makeover at Marshall’s Yard

Internationally renowned celebrity make up artist Armand brought his unique style and glamour to Marshall’s Yard shopping centre in Gainsborough and gave one lucky competition winner a fantastic treat this week (Thursday 20^th March).

Stylist to stars such as Naomi Campbell, Zoe Lucker, Jane Seymour, Myleene Klass and Daryl Hannah, Armand is a regular on TV fronting makeover features and has worked on LK Today, Sky One, and more recently How to Look Good Naked.

Lucky competition winner Linda Cox benefited from over a £1000s worth of goods from retailers on Marshall’s Yard, including clothes from Next and Laura Ashley, shoes from Brantano, accessories from New Look, designer glasses from Specsavers, body products from The Body Shop and a hair cut and colour from Stringer’s Hairdressers.

Joined by Danny Ricketts, head stylist for Stringer’s Hairdressing, Armand spent the day with Linda at Marshall’s Yard, selecting outfits, discussing makeup techniques and advising Linda on the latest looks and fashions.

Mum of four Linda described the day as “an experience of a lifetime and one of the best days of my life!" Linda also said “I cannot believe the transformation, I feel great!”

Armand Beasley said: “It was a true pleasure to work with Linda and I cannot believe the difference that has been made, she looks fantastic! On arriving at Marshall’s Yard we did a tv style guess your age -  before the makeover people thought Linda was aged between 57 to 62. After the makeover this dropped to 42 to 45 – this is a tremendous result.”
