Gainsborough’s Supermum gets celebrity makeover!

The Winner of the Marshall’s Yard celebrity makeover competition is Gainsborough supermum Linda Cox.

Linda, who is from Gainsborough and works at the town’s Tesco store, has four children and was entered in the Mothers Day competition by her daughter Nicole.

She’ll now be treated to a special makeover day at Marshall’s Yard next Thursday (March 20th) with the top TV makeover artist and stylist Armand Beasley.

Armand works with celebrities such as Naomi Campbell, Jane Seymour and Zoe Lucker. Next week he’ll be spending the day with our competition winner Linda when she’ll be treated to a complete makeover with hair, make-up and new clothes courtesy of the shops at Marshalls Yard.

Armand is a regular contributor to TV's Fakeover, Magic Numbers and Channel four's How to Look Good Naked, he is passionate about beauty and the fact that anybody can look and feel great.

Nicole, 22, who entered her Mum in the competition said: “All Mums are brilliant but mine is special, she really is, this is going to be a really special treat for her.”

Linda, who has three sons as well as Nicole, added: “I was really surprised to be entered, and then to win! I’m really looking forward to it.”

Stringers Hair Salon, Laura Ashley, Brantano, The Florist, Body Shop, New Look and Next are among the retailers at Marshalls Yard taking part in the competition.
